You are responsible for understanding our participant requirements and our cancelation policy. Please thoroughly review this information before reserving your activity. *Ticket purchases are non-refundable*. We understand that things happen sometimes though. With that in mind, tickets are transferrable and are able to be rescheduled to a different date/time as long as you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you do not arrive by your reservation time and are not adequately prepared with closed-toe shoes, you are not guaranteed your adventure. Light rain does not affect the feasibility of this activity. However, lightning & other weather factors may cause us to pause operations which we can resume after a storm passes.
**COVID-19 Cancellation Policy**
Due to uncertainty caused by COVID-19, we are implementing a modified cancellation policy for all ticketed pre-reservations.
It is our goal, first and foremost, to ensure the wellbeing and enjoyment of our visitors.
If you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, we ask that you please keep yourself and others in mind and refrain from participating in our activities. We understand that current circumstances create uncertainty and that mandates by Executive Order or other considerations may require additional closures. For guests impacted by these circumstances, we offer the following options should you need to alter your planned visit:
- Reschedule to ANY future date with no restrictions, blackouts, or expiration
- Receive a Gift Card for the full sum of your reservation to be used ANY time in the future with no expiration date.
- A full refund of the purchase price of your adventure.
As a small business, we hope you consider rescheduling your adventure before opting to cancel. We aim to be flexible in working with you to find an agreeable solution to keeping your business during this time.
