The following terms and conditions apply to all Thrill Seeker Passes (TSP). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring unforgettable experiences for all our guests.:
- TSP expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any single ticket may be upgraded to a TSP by paying the difference between the original ticket and the TSP on or before the day of your visit.
- TSP may be used for any activity/ticket of equal or less value.
- TSP are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual named on the pass.
- Only one TSP voucher may be redeemed per adventurer per day.
- Any attempt to transfer or resell a TSP or any associated vouchers may result in their forfeiture.
- All policies related to cancellations, participant requirements, and weather apply to Thrill Seeker Passes.
