We strive to make your experience at High Gravity Adventures the best in the High Country. Make sure you understand our Cancellation Policy before booking your experience.

Weather Policy          Participant Requirements

When you make a reservation, we ensure that space is available at the time of your booking. While all tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, we understand that plans change. That’s why tickets may be transferred to a different date or time by contacting us at least 24hrs prior to the start of your scheduled activity. This transfer credit can be used to rebook your adventure in the future with no blackout dates or expiration.

  • No-shows will not be entitled to any refund or transfer credit. Late arrivals, and persons who do not meet the conditions for participation upon their arrival, are not guaranteed a ticket transfer.
  • High Gravity Adventures is open rain or shine, so make sure you have dressed appropriately for the day's weather. Transfer credit due to weather will only be issued if High Gravity Adventures temporarily suspends its operations.

To protect our guests and employees, the aerial park and canopy tour may temporarily suspend operations due to thunderstorms or other severe weather. Following a severe weather closure, we will make every effort to reopen the aerial park and canopy tour. In some cases, and when time and vacancies allow, your experience may be able to continue the same day. In the event your experience cannot be rescheduled for the same day, you will be issued a voucher for the full value of your experience, and we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your rebooking.
